Gannett Peak to Support Wyoming Health Department Data System

October 19, 2011

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Gannett Peak Technical Services will provide technical support and maintenance services to the Wyoming Department of Health’s Behavioral Health Division, the company announced today.

“We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Wyoming Department of Health as a technical service provider,” said Bryan Swetich, a founder of the Cheyenne-based software development and consulting firm. “Our programmers will support the Wyoming Client Information System (WCIS), which is a web-based data collection and reporting system.”

The automated system allows the state’s mental health and substance abuse providers to input client demographics, client services, client outcome and performance data. The data is then used to generate reports, which support the Behavioral Health Division's federal block grant programs for mental health and substance abuse services, national and Wyoming outcome measures, and contract management and monitoring processes. Providers enter their data using online data entry forms and uploading data from their local information systems.

“Our team has a deep understanding of the WCIS and brings a considerable amount of experience in developing and managing these types of systems,” said Ryan Fagan, one of the company’s principals.
