Working closely with businesses and government agencies, Tighe provides enterprise software, web-application, and business intelligence solutions. His 11 years of experience with full-life-cycle application development includes specialized knowledge of technical leadership and software architecture.  

Tighe has worked as a software consultant in both Wyoming and Colorado for clients including the Wyoming Department of Health, Level3 Communications, US West/Qwest Communications, Access International Financial Services, and Raytheon Systems Company. While at Access International Financial Services, he designed and implemented a multi-tiered, enterprise-wide financial securities management system employing a J2EE architecture. 

After earning his bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of Wyoming, Tighe continued on to receive his master’s degree.
